Both the original and this one.
I agree with the people below that this isn't really drum and bass, but who cares as long as it sounds good.
I don't like the way it is mastered, it'd be better if you lower the master volume a bit before you run it through your limiter, but maybe I'm the only one who hates that

But it needs more work to it
You could add a chord pad in the background, and maybe some minimal drums
Secondly, you could give it some structure, but since it's a loop it is not necessary
Some more distinguishable sounds would make the different melody lines better to follow.
So it could become a good song :)

This would really suit a retro-style flash game
Unfortunately I'm not a flash programmer :(

I like the fast-paced style, it sounds like you worked hard on this, but I didn't hear the guitar riffs
Author's Response:
It was a synth guitar.. it just played for two bars in the main trance build up :P wasnt a real guitar.. but it was a new edition all the same.. Glad you like it! Thanks for the review! (and yeah i worked pretty hard on it :P)

How did you get your guitar sound like that in the intro?
Author's Response:
It's just a plain old acoustic, not even a very expensive one. I might have added a bit or reverb, also I panned left and right. That's about it. Thanks for the review.

The melody is good, but don't use presets.
Make your own, or at least tweak them alot.
And don't use reverb on the kick

...but it's the only thing in the track, except for the weird thing in the middle.
My advice: finish it

For some reason this really reminds me of my early FL songs
The drums sound a bit raw though, you should compress them and stuff
Author's Response:
Thanks for the advice. I noticed that too, especially on the open hats. I've been trying to get a better sound from my drums, maybe it's because I'm missin the compression. Again, thanks.

It has a very chill atmosphere, but after 1:44 there are too much different melodies and you don't know which you have to listen to.
Also, the bass could have been dnbisher: the sound is good and deep, but it shouldn't be like a chord(I mean the sequence of it), it should be more off beat
Author's Response:
Yep i would agree on melodic part that it gets too crowded but your mainly supposed to follow the piano and the synth that comes in at 1:12.
And it has a "Neet Beet" because i haz Nuclear DNB pack :D
